Reporting directly to the hospital President & Executive Vice President of LifeBridge Health, the Senior Vice President of Operations will work closely with hospital executives, Board members and clinical leadership to ensure excellent quality, and achieve the hospital’s strategic objectives. This dynamic leader will employ evidence-based approaches to drive exceptional outcomes, and provide leadership, support and guidance to facilitate seamless operations and exceptional performance throughout the hospital.
The Senior Vice President of Operations will embody the mission, values and community focus of LifeBridge Health while balancing current organizational priorities with enhancements, new technologies and expansion projects that will help ensure Carroll Hospital’s position at the forefront of health care delivery. The Senior Vice President will also serve as a leader, mentor and expert resource to service line executives and staff, while building and maintaining exceptional relationships with other internal and external constituents.
The successful candidate will bring to this position at least 10 years of progressive and successful executive level acute care leadership experience; a Masters in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Nursing; clinical expertise, and deep understanding of value-based care and hospital operations to the position and system.
