Through her leadership as President & CEO of The Partnership for Excellence and as board chair for the Alliance for Performance Excellence, Margot has played a critical role in strengthening the Baldrige enterprise at the state, national, and organizational levels.  Her work has helped organizations translate the Baldrige Framework into practical, results-driven management systems while building examiner capability, advancing leadership education, and fostering collaboration across sectors.
