The Synergy Organization Supports the Baldrige Foundation with Pledge of Financial Gifts

Portion of Revenues to Be Donated Annually to Help Sustain the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program

Washington, D.C., February 1, 2016 – Beginning in 2016, The Synergy Organization, Inc. will donate a portion of its revenues annually to the Baldrige Foundation to help ensure the sustainability of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.

The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program transforms organizations.  Its mission is to improve the competitiveness and performance of U.S. organizations.  It accomplishes this by providing organizations the framework to become and remain customer-centric in the pursuit of performance excellence.

The Baldrige Foundation helps ensure the long-term financial growth and viability of the Baldrige Program.  Financial gifts, such as those pledged by The Synergy Organization aid the Baldrige Foundation in this endeavor.

“The Synergy Organization is a valued partner of our foundation and of the Baldrige program,” said Al Faber, President and CEO of the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.  “Their continued support to help fund improvements in organizational performance across the United States and around the world is greatly appreciated.”

The Synergy Organization’s Founder and CEO, Kenneth R. Cohen, Ph.D., shared “The Synergy Organization is proud to support the mission of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, especially given its proven effectiveness and efficiency in transforming organizations.”

The financial donations are not the first means of support offered by The Synergy Organization to the Baldrige Foundation.  In 2013, the evidence-based healthcare executive search and assessments firm demonstrated its longstanding commitment to performance excellence as the founding sponsor of the Harry S. Hertz Leadership Award (HSHLA).  This prestigious award is presented annually during the Baldrige Quest for Excellence conference to recognize the role model leader who is independently judged to demonstrate best the HSHLA Core Values and Leadership Behaviors.
